On 12/27/21 @ 345pm, I observed the Jimmy John's worker rolling out bread dough with his bare hands, no gloves. He then placed the bread on the pan and put them into the oven. I was so grossed out by this that I told another customer to go ahead in front of me. He then took that customers order and pressed buttons on the cash register without washing hands in between making bread and taking orders. Needless to say, I walked out a very dissatisfied customer. Please hire employees that believe in cleanliness especially with it being a pandemic and all...
