I can't express how sad I was to see that the person working lunch time today decided to curse and yell at my employee when they went to pick up lunch for the office, because JJ believed it was to be delivered instead of picked up. We will never be using JJ for any company event again. I understand it's hard to find good staff, but this was over the top. My employees are family, they don't get to be cursed at.

Manager is very rude refuses to sell products to me. I will never go back to this Jimmy John's and I would never recommend it!
