I don't know if they look at customizations on the mobile order but I attempted to add bacon to my sandwich and was charged an additional $2.50. To my surprise there was no bacon at all. Thats right, I was charged a whole $2.50 for no bacon at all. I am quite upset, however, the sandwich wasn't too bad. I even had to borrow a car to get it (shoutout to Ben). Hopefully this is fixed in the future.

Was asked not to knock and still did, sandwich literally had like two pieces of bacon and the rest was soggy lettuce and bread, disappointing.

Ordered delivery from here for lunch.Ordered arrived within 10 minutes. Driver forgot the cookie. I say, "just give me a refund, no big deal".NOPE.... Jimmy John's sent another person with not 1, but 3 cookies.People are allowed to make mistakes, it's how you respond to them. Thank you for going above and beyond for a $1.79 cookie.
