Literally just ordered online for delivery. Paid with my credit card. Got a call not even a minute later from a Jimmy Johns employee saying that they are closing in 5 minutes and can't complete my order. Pretty inconvenient, seeing as you're not closed yet, correct? If I walked into your store with 5 minutes to close, would you ask me to leave? That's some pretty poor customer service in my opinion. Shameful. Also who closes at 3pm on Sunday? Guess you won't need my business in the future.
