Ordered at 745. At 830 called and checked and was told they were still on the way. At 915 I called dtoncheck and they said it had been dropped at my hotel door. Then they said it may be down at the lobby. It was neither. They said they were closed. Then they wanted to give me store credit. BS. I wanted my $ back. Last $30 I spend on freaky fast lie.

We had this Jimmy John's cater our family gathering. They made our sandwiches just as I asked them to do them. Everything was perfect. The food looked really nice how they put it in their boxes. Everything was wrapped separately. Condiments were sent for each sandwich. We will use this Jimmy John's for our next family event. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Thank you so much.
