Sorry, but this location is getting worse every time we use it. 50+ minutes to get a delivery? Left on hold for 3 minutes till I hung up? Messy sub?? Already left a corporate review, please don't send that generic response.....

Pickup or drive thru they're usually very fast. Delivery most times they're fast. Delivery runs about 65% accuracy with sides and sodas. Today after 40 minutes and no update (it's usually on its way or delivered within 15 minutes) i called just to see what's up. They answer they phone "busy, no time to talk" and hang up. Horrible customer service. I understand busy, but pairing extremely busy with a big F you to your customers...very poor. I order from Jimmy John's 1-3 times a week because it's reasonably priced, convenient, and usually very fast. Today really soured me on this branch.
