The subs are good but they always get the order wrong. They forget to put things on the sub and it’s not even that much that I ask for and they still forget something.

I'm very disappointed in the service from this location. I work nearby and frequently order from Jimmy John's for convenience. Not only do my orders come incorrect half of the time, but I can always count on waiting atleast ONE HOUR for delivery. Don't bother calling the store either, they just kept picking up the phone and hanging it up. Do better. If you know your delivery driver is running behind, at least have the decency to call the customer!!!
