Online ordered a curbside before my lunch break. Was waiting 10 minutes after clicking “I’m here” on the website before going inside & finding it on the web order rack. I was late back to work because of this. Overall decent sun though.

My family and I get dinner from two or three places on the west side of Ann Arbor, maybe every 4th night or so, and this Jimmy John's is one of our go-to places, on a list with other restaurants literally five times as expensive per person. I am writing this review because the people who work this operation have never once over the last 18 months or 2 years failed to make our order perfectly, handle our requests patiently, not helped explain or adjust something we'd convoluted, and I swear that we have never once left that place feeling worse than when we arrived, only better. That's approx four dozen times we've ordered and never once do I recall a single problem. I am impressed each time I'm there and I get internally enraged when I watch someone get abusive with them for any reason, for these guys do not deserve it at all.
