This store is phenomenal. Very well run. But I will say, the true test of any business isn’t when things are going great but when things aren’t perfect. I ordered a sub that was, over toasted, and not pleasant. But it was late and I ate in anyways. I did make mention of this through the Jimmy johns app and within minutes, Cameron (the manager) was on the phone with me. He promised me my next lunch on him. I went in today to get that sub and his exact words were, “We strive to maintain a standard here and when it’s not met we have to make it right with the customer.” That r...

**UPDATE** A representative from Jimmy John's reached out and advised on what to do in the future if this happened again. Very prompt, professional and the issue is resolved. Thank you for reaching out! ****Disappointed in this visit. Ordered 2 unwiches, specifically repeating that wanted the wrap and not sandwich, got the sandwich, wrong condiments, and all around disappointing. Didn't finish the sandwiches due to mayo being so much, it drowned the flavors of everything else.
