Ordered 2 sandwiches to be delivered. I understand they’re understaffed and working to get the issue fixed, but dang was the lady who answered the phone rude.I called after an hour of waiting to get an update and the response was a condescending “it’ll get there when it gets there. Feel free to come in and get your own food if you can’t wait”. Bummer.

I went to Jimmy John's I order four sandwiches and four chips not sure if it was the mask or they just didn't understand but the lady only gave me three sandwiches they were all different It was funny because I didn't get the correct order and still I am hungry
