Jim's in American Fork

This place is so good for breakfast! We came on a weekday and were seated right away by a friendly waitress. It was busy but not too busy. The restaurant was clean and had a nice family charm to it - similar to Black Bear but much better food in my opinion.We were asked what we wanted to drink and that came out just a couple minutes after ordering our drinks. The menu was big and there were a lot of options for breakfast and lunch. No matter what you're in the mood for, they have it foe breakfast! Eggs, pancakes, French toast, omelettes, and waffles. It was hard to make a decision but I went with the egg breakfast with pancakes, scrambled eggs (they ask how you want them prepared), hash browns, and bacon. My husband ordered the French toast combo but upgraded to strawberries and whipped cream.The food came out about 15 minutes after we ordered. Wow!!! The portions are huge! Two people could easily share... with that said, the food was delicious. It was fresh and you could feel the love put into it! The hash browns were nice and crisp on the outside, the eggs were fluffy, the bacon had amazing flavor, and the pancakes were fluffy and soft. I loved the butter and the syrup as well!...

Jim’s is a classic. It hasn’t changed much in the last 20 years. The food is still great.

Always good food and service. Lots of good choices on their menu, the daily specials are always a good choice as well.
