1 start for great service but that's about it. We ordered the Jinya Tonkotsu Black and Pork Tonkotsu and the broth on both were super salty and lacked any rich, umami flavors. Eggs were pretty much hardboiled and the noodles looked and tasted straight out of a top ramen packet.

This is where I found one of the best Ramen I have ever tasted! Most importantly, it was for vegans! Ideally! Very fast service despite the busyness of the hall. The staff is polite and friendly. They smile and help with the choice. Inside the real atmosphere of Asia, a wonderful audience, young students, it's so cool! The prices are low and the quality is high! Fun and very tasty!
