Ordered thai milk tea with boba, perfect sweetness not too sweet. You can customize your sweetness preference. Also had a popcorn chicken sample, it was very good!Service was very quick, ordered at 11am and got my order in less than 10 mins.

Always enjoyed coming here, the quality hasn't changed since after the name change or since the pandemic. Their non-milk tea fruit varieties are always refreshing (Peach Passion Green Tea middle and Lychee Black Tea right). Generally I like boba milk tea but for JJ Boba I make an exception. Boba is excellent, sweet and chewy. Their popcorn chicken is also good. While delicious, some of their teas are very sweet, would recommend half sugar (especially for the Roasted Brown Sugar Boba Latte pictured left).
