This is for the Joey G's in Patroon Creek #400. Clean cafe but was there and ordered a BLT on white toasted bread w/mayo. There were two girls working, (not busy) one of which made my sandwich. I left for a few minutes and said I would be back to pick it up. When I got there 5 minutes later she was in the midst of making it which was fine. I didn't sme...

I am writing about the 44 Holland Ave location. I have to say, I absolutely adore the staff at this location. Sammy, the manager is very verbal, friendly and outgoing. Always willing to please. Ro on the grill makes the best egg sandwiches and burgers and wraps and chicken sandwiches. I do not know the other gentleman's name that works there, but he is also very frie...

This review is intended for the Joey G's Café located at 711 Troy-Schenectady Rd, Latham, NY. I want to start by saying the customer services is there is fantastic, all staff was very friendly and attentive to what I was looking for. I didn't understand the aesthetic of the café at all, there are vending machines blocking your view of the café which kind of makes for an eyesore. The layout of the café is predominately self-serve which is not the issue, its that most of the self-serve stations are so close together, the cold case where yogurts and fruits are stored are right next the deli counter with a staff member waiting to take orders. RIGHT next to them is the self-serve hot sandwich case where the sandwiches were not dated or timed which can cause health/safety concerns. Right next to the undated sandwich case was the coffee station, they had many different flavors which is convenient but once again way too constricted on space, one person fits in that space at a time. Most supplies needed to make a cup of coffee weren't in plain sight, some items were found behind others. This made the coffee station look a bit too cluttered. RIGHT next to that was the cashier and RIGHT next to the cashier was the buffet-style hot bar and the salad bar. The cashiers line has no choice but to form either in front of the buffets or the coffee station. There is a decent amount of seating either next to the vending machines/drink coolers or the central dining area amongst the busy nature of the buffets and by the deli counter. The space they have is great but not properly utilized to the customers eye. Onto what I ordered, I reluctantly pulled a Bacon, E...
