For one shake, there is 45 mins waiting. 4 people serving 100 people on a holiday week. Extremely slow service.

This is not a real Johnny Rockets. The burger was rubbery and horrible, tasted like a frozen patty almost like a hot dog. Absolutely disgusting, this place should be sued for false advertising.
