I've been coming here for several years and Jose always serves up some amazing fresh elotes with a smile on his face! He moved to the other side of Fiesta now but he's still there. I love Jose's Roasted Corn! This was the best elote I've ever had. Corn is roasted to perfection, and cut from the cob in front of you- and it's plentiful- the small size is like a meal! Be careful with the red sauce- it's spicy, but delicious!
