Every once in a while, I see a list of "Best Chinese in Westminster" on Nextdoor, and J's Cafe is on every list several times. My husband and I have been looking for a good new Chinese staple since moving from Aurora and finally decided to give J's a go. It was a hit! I always forget I don't like beef Szechuan, but that's on me. Their beef was very flavorful, but Szechuan has a tone of veggies, I like softer veggies, and veggies in Chinese food are always crunchy. My fault. Zach ordered General Tsao's and was very, very happy. They have great specials! We did a two entree dinner special for $21.99. It included both of our entrees, a side of fried rice, and our choice of one of a few appetizers (spring rolls, wontons, etc.) and soup with both entrees. That's not a deal, that's a steal!
