My name is Sonia I been going to Juan pollo since it was Juan Pollo for years now . I never had an issue till 05/12, I had bought a mini pack of chicken added, rice abd potatoe salad and rice, when I got home I put the salsa on my my chicken then I noticed a nasty short hair in my salsa and pulled it out was sticking out.. I immediately called talk to the guy who sold me the food he said I could call the following day which was today 05/13/21 I did contact the manager or Patty the owner and she was rude and said I can give you a free salsa she also said the chicken was good you ate it and you are not getting a replacement or a refund Rather than apologizing for my inconvenience I wasn't going to eat that after it grossed me out all I wanted to tell her my concern but now I'm disputing it with my bank and have them handle it She said she will fight with the merchant I would lik le to say to everyone don't buy chicken there next time you may get food poisoning or tye runs, or worse .. especially if you have kid's. I will also report this to the better business bureau and if no resolution tyr complaint will just stay there resolved.

Now called Patty's rotisserie chicken. I got a generous portion of chicken in the lunch special, including rice and potato salad, salsa, tortillas, and a drink. I was happy.
