We had a fantastic time at the cooking class tonight! Jorge is awesome and the food was outstanding. Much laughter and stories being told around the table. Wine and the family recipe rum cake finished off a perfect night. Do yourself a favor and sign up for one of these classes!

Went for one medianoche sandwich and had to go back for another one (husband was just going to have "a" bite...). Fantastic! Please post a schedule of your classes (maybe it's already here somewhere...can't find it using my smartphone) thank you! I want to make this delicious food at home. ~Terri
