Went for restaurant week, the food was amazing. Got the dirty rice with fried chicken and my gf got the grits. Everything was very tasty. Will definitely be going back again.

My wife and I moved to the neighborhood just a few months ago. Given the loosening restrictions, we chose to walk down the street to Jude's Old Town and have our first dinner date at a restaurant since the dawn of the pandemic. I'll admit the joy of eating out might've painted the experience with rose-colored glasses, but this was one of the most flavorful, enjoyable, and affordable dinners we've ever had at a restaurant. Beyond that, the staff worked incredibly well together and facilitated a welcoming environment with efficient service. We especially enjoyed the "Date Night" deal, and will certainly be back many times in the weeks to come.
