I used to visit this location weekly, without fail, pre-covid. I visited at least 1 to 2 times per week. The lady who answered the phone was courteous and polite, when I arrived they were pleasant and customer service oriented. I never had any real complaints. They knew me, service was quick and easy, and I had a laminate with my order saved so I didn't have to make a big fuss on what I wanted. Fast forward to post covid, and I've been there maybe once a month since this location reopened 2020. It seemed like the people who used to work there were gone and a new crew of people were hired. They were a bit courteous but just different and not the same overall pleasant atmosphere. Most people seem flustered and unprofessional and sloppy. Fast forward to my visit a few days ago... the lady who answered the phone barely understood what I was saying and likewise I could not comprehend what she was saying. She was extremely unprofessional and used phrases such as "huh"  and "what" and " I don't know" and  "yeah" . That alone was ridiculous to me. But since I was craving my acai bowl I ventured on in the conversation. She kept on asking what I wanted and I specifically mentioned in the beginning that I had a laminate there and I would be ordering the same thing as I had done numerous times before. She kept on telling me that there's no laminate and I said okay..... but do you see my name anywhere? Said no. I stated that she never took my name. So I gave her my name and then she still said no. Then she said it's not there and it must have been thrown away. I was frustrated and hungry so I just told her I'd be there in a little...

The service at this business is amazing! They deliver 6 juices every 2 days for me and always with a smile. The juices are amazing! They have been nothing but kind since I called and asked for suggestions on which type of juice is best for me. I love that their business moto if based on buying one on one relationships with their clients. I am willing to pay extra for that aspect, but they are very reasonably priced. GREAT JUICES & EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

First of all, I want to emphasize that JuiceWell is certainly a solid place. I just personally didn't think it was anything special, given the price and the good reviews on Yelp. I ordered a build your own açaí bowl. Everything tasted fresh and refreshing. I like the transparency of the menu and that all ingredients are wholesome with no hidden fillers. Since I regularly make my own açaí bowls at home, I definitely came with a higher expectation than what I got. I thought the portion size was small for the price. It was probably the most expensive açaí bowl I have ever had, and unfortunately, it was also my least favorite.
