Just grillin express in Anaheim

If I could give a negative star I would. Here for a volleyball tournament at the convention center Waited in line forever because it made sense to someone to have 1 cashier during peak time;  then after ordering, had to wait again because it made sense to someone to have 1 person executing the drinks and shakes; then people after us in line were getting their orders before ours; when I asked about our order, the cashier rudely said, it is not done in order.  Which was a blatant lie (the fortunate part of waiting in line forever is you can observe the full operation).  Then we get our order without the fountain drink.  So I ask for it; we were told again, rudely, "she is busy so you have to wait".  To which I asked, did you really just say that... she responded, what did you just say...as if I would flinch to repeat what I said to her.  Maybe she felt I was one of the kids being served today.  No ma'am I am a grown woman who for the sake of my child having to play today would have caused a scene and rightfully so. How dare you treat your paying customers with such disdain. Then cherry on top:  the food was tasteless, messy, nasty to look at!! You will never have repeat business with this business model.  A word to the owner.

Really poor service. 20 minutes in line, borderline rude cashier, and so-so quality. Avoid.

Stayed at this hotel and was overwhelmed at the vastness of the layout!  Just wanted a meal; Room service prices and the "sit-down" restaraunt prices made me choke.  Went to food court and decided on the Just Grillin Express.  Didn't get the young lady's name who waited on me but she was very kind and patient.  Food was ready quickly and still very hot when we made it back to our room.  Was very pleased with the taste of chicken tenders and the burger - made just how I wanted it! Thank you for a great experience.
