Kabob Place in Laurel

I have ordered from here many times and food is good. The owner lady is sweet and always welcoming. However, when I went to pick up an order that I had placed over phone today, a young man was eating naan inside the kitchen area. The chef inside asked him to do the bill and hand over my food. With the same hand that he was eating, the guy took the food I ordered (from a food warmer near the counter) and is handing it to me. He was also touching the billing counter and entering the bill with the same hands. Everything happened so fast that I dint know how to react, just paid the bill, came out and tore the plastic Bag that he had touched with dirty hands and took just the food with me. I blame myself for not refusing the food but I myself was having a long day and dint want any arguments.Long story short, most of my orders from this restaurant are through Uber eats. Have they been sending me contaminated dirty food so long ? I have never complained about the taste but what’s the point when even basic cleanliness is lacking, yuck. Never ordering from here again!

Worst experience ever. Called in and picked up my food. I ordered lamb Karahi with 6 naan, naans were burnt and tasted bitter the karahi wasn’t lamb I called them back a lady picked up the phone she was making fun of me when I told her it isn’t lamb. I will never recommend that restaurant to anyone. I wish there was a no star option so I could give them zero star.

It was our first time trying Kabob Place and we had Lahori Karahi which comes along naan and channa. We also order Chappli kabab and Chicken Sheekh kabab. All the food was freshly made and was delicious. Its says on the menu that karahi almost takes 30-35 min to get ready,its all worth the wait. They have great customer service, their bathroom are clean. Sitting area have decent color of furniture Turquoise blue along with wood and had good lighting. We also wanted to try their Kulfi but because of less demand they don’t make it.
