Check your food. Found a hair in my tsukemen. Food quality and service has gone down compared to previous visits. This used to be my go to ramen spot but I won't be returning or recommending it anymore.

Tried kai for the first time. It was ok. I was expecting more flavor, especially since they have so many options. My niece and nephew shared the classic tonkatsu and I ordered the black ramen (black garlic oil) and they tasted identical. Even the classic lacked flavor. I ordered hot sauce to try and get a better flavor and they gave me sriracha which I did not use. The service was good, seemed pretty clean, but the flavor just wasn't there.

What I love most about Noodle Theory are its unique menu items. Grilled salmon curry, spicy pork loin Kai Ramen Alhambra , butterfish over cauliflower and noodles... yes please! Cue, "these are a few of my favorite things!" from the Sound of Music.
