Very tasty food

We were served undercooked Chicken Boti in our takeout order, the inner core was not cooked and we only realized it after chewing through the initial serving. Immediately called back to notify the owner and was asked to bring the food back. I had the decency and common sense not to take the chewed chicken back and only returned the unserved quantity which was more then half. While a soft-spoken gentleman was assisting us, a woman came by(I am assuming her to the owner), checked the food and acknowledged that it was undercooked and kept smiling and sarcastically commented that we ate the remaining portion. NOTE to the OWNER: "I am sorry Madam, had I known that you expected me to bring back half chewed food, that was already in our trash can, I would have been glad to bring it as well"...

Wanted to try some local ( area) new exotic restaurant. So, today I visit Karachi Kabob for the first time. Ordered beef nihari. One piece of beef no naam no rice. Broth super sticky and salty. Spicy level was ok. Beef was tough. The mango lassi was nothing espectacular maybe a 5. Overall the place looks rundown. Mismatch everywhere. And the fact that there are a lot of religious items "hanging everywhere" makes this place somehow not to feel like a small...
