At first thought, I thought this was a restaurant owned by Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, one of the Laker's greatest hall of famer! But to my utter disappointment, it was not owned by him, although the taste test made it to my hall of fame! How I stumbled to Kareems is because of my diet, since I was on a time crunch. I needed a healthy lunch on the go! On their billboard menu, not only they have many healthy choices such as salads, wraps, sandwiches... they also have many vegan options as well! I went for the grilled chicken on a spinach wrap while Ajay H. went for the Kibbeh Beef Roll Bowl. As we sat down, our food was ready in 5 minutes, talk about fast! First bite test - fresh juicy chicken breast cooked to perfect mixed with fresh greens, Mediterranean gyro like sauce oozes down my lips, topped with a strong garlic flavor all in a nutshell. It was perfection! The best part - guiltless for my diet! Final thoughts - Its fast, healthy, delicious, and will not break your wallet. What more can you ask for! Kareem's has a spot in my hall of fame :)
