Kasra Persian Cafe in Clear Lake has the BEST HUMMUS I have ever eaten and I am 72 years old. The steaming hot bread they serve with it is a perfect accompaniment. I have taken several friends there and they have all raved about the hummus. It has a wonderful blend of flavors, including plenty of garlic and has a fine texture, almost as if it had been whipped.
