Kasra Persian Cafe in Clear Lake has the BEST HUMMUS I have ever eaten and I am 72 years old. The steaming hot bread they serve with it is a perfect accompaniment. I have taken several friends there and they have all raved about the hummus. It has a wonderful blend of flavors, including plenty of garlic and has a fine texture, almost as if it had been whipped. My best friend and I always end up ordering 1 or 2 orders (with more bread) to go, in addition to eating our fill during our meal. One day, I plan to go and eat nothing but hummus and br...
