A bento box with all the classics and a burger slider? Genius.   We visited Katsu Burger & Sushi for lunch, as they have a large outdoor patio that's dog-friendly and my boyfriend was craving sushi.  Plus, I'm a Katsu Burger fan, so why the heck not?   While my boyfriend ordered a chirashi bowl, I was still undecided on what to order until I saw that they had bento box combinations.  Best of both worlds!  I wanted sushi, but I also wanted a burger.  The bento box combination allows you to have your cake and eat it too, or in this case, your sushi and eat your slider too.  The bento box combination that I ordered included a katsu slider, cole slaw, pickled cucumbers, sashimi, California roll and a potato croquette, with choice of two sauces. Bento box goals.  It almost looked too purdy to eat.  And since I've only had Katsu Burger, I was very impressed by how yummy the sashimi was!  That was definitely my favorite part of my bento.  I especially liked that the tuna and salmon were thick cuts of fish; I could've eaten just the sashimi over and over and would've been happy.  The katsu slider was good, as the pork cutlet was tender.  But there was too much mayo on the buns, so ended up just eating the cutlet on its own.  I liked the pickled cucumbers, which had a nice sweet, vinegar taste.  Yet the California roll, potato croquette and cole slaw were average.  Glad I tried the bento box, but most likely will just order a la carte next time, to get a bigger portion of an item I really want. I'd like to come back to Katsu Burger & Sushi to try more of their sushi.  I...
