Kay's Cardinal Country Restaurant is one of the nicest and friendliest family-owned restaurants I have ever been to in the United States. The owner is very nice and considerate to all the patrons that visit her establishment. I just wish there was a few more slices of apple pie available. Other than that I give this restaurant a five star... well done Kay!!!!!
