KFC in Abbeville

Terrible. Went at noon, they had 1 customer and a 15 minute wait on chicken....chicken is your only job and you have none cooked for lunch???? Ridiculous.

Service was lackluster and staff seemed tired and impatient. Food was ok.

Pre ordered to have ready for 4:45. At 5:02 order was still not ready. Had to wait another 10 minutes. Get home and instead of crispy we had original. Try to call and they don't answer the phone.

Food is good but we had to drive back 20 miles because they didn't give us one of the meals

Every time I order something, it's cold ... I like the chicken and how crispy it is. But the attention in the place is terrible.

Cant resist the BOWLS

We went to kfc for the first time we got a 4 piece and it cost $8 when we left I opened the box and you could see how old it was it was cold and crusty. After that we went back and asked for some more chicken cause we wasn’t about to eat it as dry as it was and then we had to wait 30 minutes for some fresh chicken and the hot sauce they gave us was literally ketchup like come on what happened to finger licking good that’s all I wanted like come on do better

Spicy crispy chicken was delicious. Fries were on point. Everything was hot and fresh. The manager is welcoming and very professional yet personable. Abbeville location is awesome

Expensively priced especially when entire order was wrong... I asked for dark meat, paid extra for 4 white meat... entire order was white meat and 4 pcs of dark...

The food , the staff and service are really great ,But !!!! The genius that that built the set up for the Drive thru and entrance coming from La 14 west bound should definitely go back to school . People around here all drive 3/4 ton trucks . The damn 1/2 ton trucks can't turn without backing. Definitely a parking lot and drive thru for a go-cart ranch !!!

The place claims to be open until 10 pm. I pulled in the drive thru at 8 45 pm and no one Ever answered. Pulled around and saw employees inside. So I went and got behind 2 other cars in the drive thru again, and once again no one answered. All of us drove off. After 15 min wait

After waiting almost 30 minutes for our order (a 2pc &3 PC dark both with mashed potatoes) the girl comes out and says that its gonna be an additional 11min for biscuits unless we want a different side. So in all took almost an hr to get our order
