KFC in Abbeville

The food is good, but it took over 20 minutes to get our food and our order was incorrect and missing items.

Hit or miss. CHECK YOUR FOOD before you leave. It’s most likely missing stuff or completely incorrect .

The service is horrible. The girl barely said anything and no politeness at all whatsoever. She could barely be bothered to do the basic things.

The service was ridiculous! Rude people working there, one of the ladies completely ignored me when I asked politely for straws. My Crunchwrap supreme was completely burned and disgusting! The whole situation was just terrible!!

Food was delicious, of course. My order was even double checked at the window. So everything that I ordered was in the bag when we got home. The 2 ladies at the window were very nice and cut up with us.

Nothing wrong with the food just the service was not good. The employee at the window didn’t say a single word to us. Not one word, not hello, have a good day, nothing. My 5 year old kid in the back even said do they not have voice? She isn’t talking. Even my 5 year old understands that communicating with customers is necessary and normal. A nice hello, or have a good day goes a long way instead of dead silence. Please smile, and be friendly.

Now I was a little bit more prepared than most people would be for this but we showed up after they had closed the doors and my husband and I walked around to the drive-through. He even opened their window. So when they let us know that all they had was chicken strips and wings I had no problems I was happy to have the warm food people were hungry and they ate well at least the staff didn't have to tear down too much chicken at the end of the night. For the chicken pot pie sorry to say the wings make the best pots.

I'm done with KFC, my order was completely wrong and charged twice. Never again!!!

The Abbeville store is a joke. Today I waited 40 minutes because I was told to pull up. I finally got back in the drive thru line and told the employee that at least 6 people had left since I was sitting waiting on my order, which was almost $30. She told me to pull up again which I refused. She finally gave me my order. I pulled over to check it and it was not all there. Here I go inside asking for the manager. I had been there for 40 minutes and still did not have all of my food. Meanwhile the other employees were just hanging out. I wanted my money back which the manager was happy to oblige. Then I still had to wait on my popcorn chicken. Got it but no fries. Finally got my order and most of my money back. This is the 2nd time its happened to me. If I could give this place a negative rating, I would.

Bad service! Rude! Had no manners! The employee was literally screaming at us while ordering.

This spot is worth trying. They have large portions for convenient rates. Constantly well organized and with excellent mood. Will visit here again.

Food was hot and tasty. Restaurant was dirtiest I've seen.

We was not please with our bucket of chicken yesterday. The chicken was dried out so you could not hardly eat it. If we had not lived 45 minutes away we would have returned it. We was not pleased with it at all. Normally the KFC in Abbeville, SC has very good chicken. We was not happy.

KFC has great chicken. Crispy is my favorie.

This particular KFC is also a Taco Bell. Two places in one. What more do you want?

We ordered original chicken and gor extra crispy. Mine was good and his was dry.

Love some chicken

This was the Abbeville store. The bathroom doors were black from dirt and fingerprints, inside and out. There was a checklist inside that says they are checked every half hour, with no initials the whole day. At 4:30 there were 8 employees standing around up front talking.

Poor ol KFC, everything is shrinking except the prices...the hot wings were the size of chicken nuggets

Food ok. Restaurant definitely not clean and an abundance of employees sitting around at tables socializing and eating miscellaneous pieces of chicken like they helped themselves from the food in the back.

Over charged for the chicken bowls, never got the coleslaw we paid for.

It was nasty I saw a lady with drive threw headset on put gloves on get chickens for them eat some chicken and serve another customer with same gloves and then go to the bathroom with gloves and serve another customer.. no thanks I will eat somewhere elese that was totally disgusting..

It's a KFC Taco bell, about as good as any other

The KFC/Taco Bell in Abbeville is improving. I see the changes each time we visit. Our order is correct & food served hot. Friendly smiling faces.

If you call this fast food, you will definitely be disappointed!!!

Staff was very nice, but my chicken thighs, I believe, were under cooked. The next time I am in Abbeville, I will probably eat there again. I will not order thighs
