So you have a huge poster that says if you don’t get your receipt your meal is free…. You ask me if I want a receipt, I say yes…. You don’t give me a receipt…. So I then ask for one- you have to print a duplicate receipt- I know it’s a duplicate because that’s what it says at the top… but then you don’t hold true to your free rule.

Just drove 20 minutes from Eagle mountain to A&W to be told their closed at prime operating time, by someone actually operating the headset. They're proactively not taking and making food on shift. I look inside and see someone sitting there texting. Thanks for wasting my time. If your employing people they probably should be working.
