I visited KFC on November 5, 2021. The person who spoke to us through the drive thru order board sounded uncheerful, and unwelcoming. We had to keep repeating the order. They were out of the pot pies, so we order something else. The fries looked like they had been cooked earlier and reheated for our orders. The chicken sandwiches were delicious. The fries despite their appearance, tasted good. I give the food 4 stars.Update on November 27th, I visited KFC for dinner. The drive thru person was pleasant. I ordered a chicken pot pie with another order. The pie was golden, crispy and delicious. I give KFC a 5 on this trip.
