If you know your chicken then you know :--They use old oil thats why chicken extra brown-They don't mix the chicken well in spices thats why the taste off-The chicken not fresh and sets out for long time-Coleslaw cutting incorrectly too large-Employees punch wrong orders on cash registerIf corporate can inforce the proper steps of kfc .they definitely will get it right.
