The chicken looked like someone had already eaten some of it. The 2 biscuits they had left were hard as a rock. The 2 cookies he threw in because of the lack of biscuits were not what I’d call cookies. All this came to $40. I’ll never ever buy KFC again. Huge waste of money on food that should’ve been tossed out.

The worst experience at any fast food restaurant ever. I ordered a 8pcs meal which was 23.49 ouch it was to come with a large mash and gravy and mack and cheese and Biscuits. Please look at photos. Potatoes bearly half full. 2 of the 4 pieces eaten last night were raw in the middle.. I ended up throwing the rest of the chicken away. The second item ordered was a 5 piece chicken tender meal. The drive thru person suggested the 6 tender a la carte because wife did not really need the slides. The a la cart turned out to be 11.99 more then the tender meal deal. When she sits down to eat them they turn out to be tiny like nugget tiny. You spend 37.61 on a meal an are totally disappointed. I will never stop in that chain again anywhere anytime.

Absolutely abysmal service.I found out that they missed a bucket of chicken in a large online order. We got quite a few things for a family get together and received everything BUT the chicken. Things happen, so I tried to call twice. No one picks up. They have a sign saying they are short staffed. Ok, things happen. I went to the store where "Brenda" tells me that we absolutely received this bucket of chicken. She refused to do anything. Amex will take care of this, but its ridiculous that they can't fulfill the order, check cameras, and basically level false accusation...
