Should be a zero stars..Went through drive thru wnd placed order..then told they're only doing delivery...strike 3 on this place..never again

I went through KFC drive up 3wks ago. I live 55 miles from Ankeny, made a special trip because my family was hungry for it.. I paid 37.88 for my food when I got home I only had 2 entrees I had asked for three. was short 4 peicrs chicken 4 biscuitss. I called in and talked to the mgr. she told me she would send coupouns to cover a future meal, I still havent seen any coupouns. Just make sure before you leave CHECK your order.
