The food is ok, chicken definitely not crispy like other locations. I got two large mashed potatoes and they don't even fill the containers halfway. The place itself is nice since the remodel. Service is pretty lacking. You say thank you/bye and they just walk away, no response at all. Next time I'll just take the extra 10 minutes to drive to Saddle Brook location.

Went to KFC on Broadway in Paterson ordered Honey BBQ Wings they didn't have them gave me regular BBQ Wings the sauce was horrible they didn't apologize or offer me something else I threw them in the garbage inside the restaurant will never go there again
