This literally could not have been worse. The WORSTE chicken sandwich I have ever had or seen. My disappointment is immeasurable and my day is ruined.

The worst KFC not only in Southern Illinois but in the country.Consistently soggy undercooked chicken.You would think a chicken place would know how to cook chicken.The ownership should be embarrassed by the poor training and product they sell the the public.Disgraceful.
