While the food itself was not bad, the experience of obtaining it was a little different. If you're planning on hitting the drive thru for a family dinner, be prepared to wait 20+ minutes (I was in the drive thru last night for nearly half an hour). A manager also had to be called to ring up the Beyond Chicken (which I do recommend! The breading could use a little work, but my family and I could not distinguish it from actual chicken). The overall experience could definitely use some improving.

Sat in drive thru for 20 min. Then was told they had to close because they didn't have any food left. This is on a Friday evening at 6 pm. This KFC neds new management.
