Forgot my bbq sauce, my wife asked for sandwich plain and it came with everything. Did not secure lids on containers, coleslaw which we did NOT order spilt everywhere. Would give 0 stars if I could even that would be too much, horrible experience.

The staff or Management team really don't value customer service at all. I'm completely done with kfc in richmondhill ga ! I worked to hard for my money to be treated all types of way !
