Ordered a bucket of chicken online to be picked up at 1215, arrived at 1205 and the doors were locked. Had to go through the drive thru to pick up which wouldn't be a issue, but at 1210 they still "weren't open" when the open time is at 11.I understand everyone is understaffed, but when it's an hour and 15 minutes after open time and you're still not open. That's unsatisfactory.

Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service!! We ordered through EatStreet and was missing half our order so I called kfc to let them know and repeated numerous times what was missing and the guy sounded so high that he couldn’t even remember what I said a minute ago! Finally I said I want a refund and I’ll come there. When I get there they wouldn’t issue me one because they don’t know how and then that I need to call corporate and then proceeded to tell me they aren’t going to give me the food back that I already paid for or remake it since it was now cold. I am livid!! So now we are out the money we paid and the food we are missing since the manager says she doesn’t speak good English but could argue that she made the food and we “should’ve” gotten it!!! Never go here!!!
