Quick on orders and nice customer service!

Nice employee's, great service ,awesome food!

First of all I usually don't write bad reviews. But not using common sense deserves a bad review. So I never go to KFC because of my gluten allergy. But went through the drive thru to get my husband something. I saw the 3 piece meal was $8.49. I asked what pieces came with it. The girl said you get to choose your own. I told her I wanted a breast, wing & thigh. I ordered my side and told her I didn't want a drink so I assumed they would deduct the drink off. She said the total was $10.15. $10.15 from $8.49? I couldn't figure out why it was such unless it was the tax. When I got the receipt I looked to see why it was so much. They charged me $1 extra because I got a breast! I said something to the girl at the window and she said it wasn't her.it was the one taking the order. She offered to let me talk to her manager which I didn't because I had waited a long time. I told her no I just won't be coming back. I told her that was not goood customer service and she just said sorry I'll let the order taker know about it. But really, do you think they will? I'm so sick of people not informing you of "extra charges". Think about all the senior citizens that are on a fixed income that go there that have no idea they're getting charged more. They ought to be ashamed of themselves!
