First of all I usually don't write bad reviews. But not using common sense deserves a bad review. So I never go to KFC because of my gluten allergy. But went through the drive thru to get my husband something. I saw the 3 piece meal was $8.49. I asked what pieces came with it. The girl said you get to choose your own. I told her I wanted a breast, wing & thigh. I ordered my side and told her I didn't want a drink so I assumed they would deduct the drink off. She said the total was $10.15. $10.15 from $8.49? I couldn't figure out why it was such unless it was the tax. When I got the receipt I looked to see why it was so much. They charged me $1 extra because I got a breast! I said something to the girl at the window and she said it wasn't her.it was the one taking the order. She offered to let me talk to her manager which I didn't because I had waited a long time.
