Totally unhelpful and rude attendants. Told the person taking the order that she should not argue with customer and that customer was "always right." But, she continued to argue and be rude and told me customer is not always right. I asked to speak to the manager and the manager could be heard in the background being just as rude and confrontational. I told them to give me the number for the regional manager and they told me they would only give it to me at the window. I left the KFC with a very bad taste in my mouth. Where has good customer service gone these days?

Because the service is soooo slow here, I decided to order on the app as it is promoted "skip the line" I ordered my food at 6:20 sitting in the app parking slot. At 6:36 it said my food was ready however, the doors were locked to get into the restaurant. So I called and the lady told me, I had to get in the drive thru line that was out to the street to get my food! By the time I got to the window it was 6:58! And they told me my food just got done and they still got my order wrong! This is absolute...
