This place closes their kitchen over 90 mins early then when you show up for your online order that says "Ready for pickup" you leave with nothing, and contacting kfc online for a refund leaves you getting ghosted. Absolute pathetic joke.

If I could would give no stars. Last night about 815 pm the inside was closed so we went thru the drive thru ordered the 10 piece legs and thighs And checked to ensure cashier understood by having him confirm the orderHe advised me about 15 minutes and to drive to entrance 30 minutes later he brought out the dinner.Got home and after opening the box found 3 beast 2 3 legs and 2 thighs called but went to voice-mail and they never returned my call went in the store around 1 pm and explained to cashier what had happened he advised me I needed to bring back the chicken or he would not be able to assist won't be going bsck

Terrible service. Out of Biscuits one day dark meat only next visit. Always running short on chicken. Won't be going back.
