We ordered the family bundle with 2 large mashed potatoes and gravy a large coke slaw and a large Mac and cheese and it comes with 4 biscuits. The biscuits were raw, we didn't get Mac and cheese and there was a hair in the Cole slaw. They didn't give us a receipt and they won't answer the phone. Apparently careers in fast food isn't for everyone.

Food is the actual purchase but the employees have No protection or protocol concerns. So my suggestion is if you see such things once you get to window just drive away because it's unconditional to your health.

This particular KFC totally stunned me with their good natured friendly service. Never before have I been treated so well at a drive thru.
