I'm an UberEats driver. I had an order to pick up at this restaurant, and when I got there, I was told they don't keep Extra Crispy chicken on hand, as it can "get hard, and then customers don't like it" if it sits out too long. I was told that I could wait 30 minutes for them to make a batch, or substitute Original Recipe for the Extra Crispy. I messaged the customer, and asked them what they wanted. They asked me to wait for the Extra Crispy, so I relayed that message to the employee at KFC. OVER AN HOUR LATER I FINALLY got the order, after checking several times to see if it was ready. This is unacceptable.
