Food was fine. Dine in was open, Thank You!! It did take a little bit of time to order, but not bad at all. The new girl was eager to work and serve customers. But the organization was a disaster. Which I’m sure is why there are so many complaints. Perhaps it never got reorganized after a staffing shortfall during COVID. Not sure about the reason, but managers should lead and it would be much better.My only real complaint from a customer standpoint is the Dr. Pepper was out or not working. I told them and they said they would get right on it. I waited and waited while I watched employees running around with their heads chopped off. So I gave up and grabbed some Mountain Dew. So , I love KFC but this one has issues the last 2-3 time's we been drive through, they can not seem to get our order right seriously how hard is it to count to 12 , we always get the 12 piece and wind up getting 8-9, and the sides have been not correct... I mean seriously
