Walked onto the lobby, no signs saying they were drive thru only and lobby doors were unlocked. Staff was extremely rude.

Ordered delivery. Food looked like it had been under heat lamp all afternoon. Chicken and biscuits hard, dry. Chicken looked petrified driftwood.

My spouse and I ordered a chicken tender bucket (12 tenders) with mashed potatoes and Mac and cheese yesterday. Upon opening the mashed potatoes there was a very long (I have long hair down to about mid torso) almost vibrant red hair (probably dyed red hair) within the container. I have a pretty weak stomach so this caused a gagging then vomiting episode for me as we threw away the majority of our food. I will never eat at a KFC again. There is no way someone could miss this long hair as soon as the container was opened and with the doordash fee I paid about $40 for this meal.
